We base our coaching and intervention programmes on Neuro-Linguisitic Programming (NLP), neuroscience, design thinking, and positive psychology. The more we focus on what we want, what works and has value for others, the more we produce the results we are after. Our positive mindset has allowed us to push our comfort zone, try new things, and learn from our mistakes.
We also want to make this clear: our optimism is not denial or distortion of reality. We accept that weaknesses and mistakes exist. We want to be aware of them. They are a source of our learning and wisdom. The rich body of research in applied positive psychology suggests that the quality of performance, personal efficiency, and results are magnified many-fold when we operate using our natural talents and character strengths. This allows us to follow the path of least resistance. Trying to overcome our weaknesses and reduce their negative impact takes up much more energy and brings a smaller return on investment.
